As your Human Resources team we will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR and operational support services to the Client. This includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, staff training, and organizational policy development. The goal of this role is to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance while supporting the Client’s strategic workforce needs.

Scope of Services:

  1. Human Resources Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
       

  2. Recruiting of Staff

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

    • Focus recruitment efforts on clinical professionals including Doctors and Hygienists.
       

  3. Onboarding and New Hire Processing
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs.
    • Complete all new hire paperwork and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
       
  4. Payroll Administration

    • Administer payroll processing in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    • Maintain accurate employee compensation records and ensure timely salary disbursement.
       

  5. Training Programs

    • Design and deliver training programs tailored to both administrative staff and clinical team members.

    • Track and document training participation and completion.
       

  6. Bonus Plan Design and Administration
    • Create performance-based bonus programs aligned with business goals.
    • Manage the tracking, calculation, and distribution of bonus payouts.
       
  7. Employee Handbook Creation and Annual Updates

    • Draft, update, and distribute the employee handbook in accordance with evolving laws and company policies.

    • Communicate policy changes clearly and effectively to all employees.
